SJSP Series Parallel Twin-Screw Extruder

The SJSP series parallel twin-screw extruder is a high-performance mixing and extruding device. The core components consist of an "∞" -shaped barrel and intermeshing screws, along with a drive system, control system, and feeding system, forming a unique extrusion, pelletizing, and  molding apparatus. Both the screw center shaft  and the  barrel  utilize  a modular design principle to adjust the barrel length. Different central shaft components are selected  and  assembled  according to the material type, thereby optimizing working conditions and improving efficiency.  During the extrusion process, excellent mixing, separation, degassing, and self-cleaning functions effectively prevent material from wrapping around the shaft or forming clumps. Simultaneously, with the rotation of the screw, the material surface is continuously changing, facilitating the removal of volatile substances and achieving high-speed dissolution.
