SRL-W Series Hot Cool Combination Mixer

The SRL-W series hot and cold mixing unit is used for mixing, stirring, drying, and coloring various materials in industries such as plastics, rubber, and daily chemicals. It is the ideal equipment for the production of plastic sheets, pipes, profiles, and secondary processing of plastics.

This unit combines the processes of hot mixing and horizontal cooling mixing. This process allows for the rapid cooling of large quantities of hot mixed materials discharged into the horizontal cooling mixer. All electrical instruments use imported brand electrical components and PLC computer programming control, featuring high automation and fast mixing speed. The blades of the equipment are precision stainless steel pressure cast and have undergone dynamic balance testing. Especially, the blades of the cooling mixer adopt an advanced spiral stirring structure from abroad, ensuring no dead corners within the container.

Advantages of the equipment include: large cooling surface of the horizontal cooling mixer, fast cooling speed,clean discharge,and a mixing effect that has reached advanced international standards.

30% TT down Payment，70% TT before Shipment. The delivery time depends on the product type. For production lines, the delivery period is generally 60–90 days, while for other standalone machines, it is 30–45 days.
What is your installation and commission service?

We will dispatch 1 engineer from the seller to the buyer's factory for installation, commissioning and training, the buyer should be responsible for the cost of two-way flight tickets, the room and board and local area transportation, and allowance USD 80/day for the engineer. The customer has to supply skilled workers (mechanical fitters as well as electricians) in a sufficient number.
